Job summary

Easygo is seeking a senior content lead to own our brand content strategy and output across multiple markets. You will manage five Content Coordinators across English, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish to storyboard and produce hero, hub and help content for campaigns and events.

You will ensure brand voice consistency, align with marketing calendars, and deliver reports showing content impact and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite including editing, effects, colour grading and audio mixing.
• Ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations and resolve challenges.
• Experience as a viewer or creator of streams.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimise content.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand's content strategy and output metrics.

• Ideate, storyboard and produce content spanning Hero, Hub and Help content.
• Protect brand reputation and apply tone of voice consistently.

• Own the brand's content strategy and output metrics

Your track record:

• 5+ years experience managing social media for consumer brands
• Work that demonstrates a strong command of the Adobe Suite, particularly editing, effects, colour grading and audio mixing
• Experience that demonstrates an ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations and resolve challenges
• A viewer or creator of streams
• Respect for both the art and science social media algorithms demand

Bonus points if you also have:

• A functional command of adjacent software such as Figma
• Experience working in a fast moving technology company
• An understanding of the nuances of localisation
• The ability to travel outside Australia
