Job summary

Easygo is seeking a Content Manager to lead our content team and own the strategy across global channels. You will set the tone, decide what goes live, and manage a five-person content coordination group to drive audience engagement.

Based in Melbourne, this full-time role sits at the heart of our marketing engine, collaborating with design, product, and partnerships to localise content for diverse markets and major events. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, online culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Strong command of Adobe Suite: editing, effects, colour grading and audio mixing.
• Ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations and resolve challenges.
• Viewer or creator of streams.
• Understand social media algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand's content strategy and output metrics.
• Manage and develop five Content Coordinators across markets.
• Ideate, storyboard and produce content across campaigns and launches.
• Protect brand reputation and tone of voice.
• Maintain Marketing Calendar and cover events.

What You’ll Build With Us

Hands-on and high visibility, this seat sits at the heart of KICK's marketing engine. Steer a talented crew to create bold, boundary pushing work for campaigns, launches and big moments. Partner with Design, Product and Partnerships to take new features from brief to localised content that lands in every market. Work directly with the major networks and be on the ground for the biggest events in live entertainment.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Own the brand's content strategy and output metrics
• Manage and develop five Content Coordinators across the English, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish markets
• Ideate, storyboard and produce content - spanning Hero content for go-to market moments, Hub content that taps into what's trending and Help content that answers the questions people are already asking
• Protect brand reputation and apply KICK's tone of voice consistently
• Maintain and adhere to the Marketing Calendar and cover online and offline events
• Meet service level agreements when supporting broader marketing activity
• Produce team and business reporting that improves performance

Your Track Record

• 5+ years experience managing social media for consumer brands
• Work that demonstrates a strong command of the Adobe Suite, particularly editing, effects, colour grading and audio mixing
• Experience that demonstrates an ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations and resolve challenges
• A viewer or creator of streams
• Respect for both the art and science social media algorithms demand

Bonus Points If You Also Have

• A functional command of adjacent software such as Figma
• Experience working in a fast moving technology company
• An understanding of the nuances of localisation
• The ability to travel outside Australia
