Job summary
MECCA is seeking an experienced Content Manager to shape multimedia storytelling across editorial and marketing channels. You will lead a high-performing content team, maintain MECCA's tone of voice, and drive campaigns across in-store, digital, print, video, events and experiential formats.
The role requires 7+ years in content production and leadership, with a strong portfolio across beauty, lifestyle or fashion brands.
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in content production and editorial leadership across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience in beauty, retail, fashion or lifestyle will be highly regarded.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of tone of voice, grammar and style conventions.
- Experience developing multi-brand, multi-platform content strategies and working across digital publishing, CMS, SEO and generative engine optimisation considerations.
- Experience across video, stills, podcasts or print production and strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, creation and execution of multi-channel storytelling while guiding a collaborative content team.
- Contribute to or lead campaign ideation, storytelling and creative strategy for MECCA marketing across owned and paid channels.
- Lead and mentor the content team, champion MECCA's tone of voice and use performance insights to strengthen reach and impact.
- Oversee end-to-end content production across formats, from briefing to publishing, including video and stills.
