Job summary

UNSW Canberra invites applications for the Content & Collections Librarian role at the ADFA campus. This continuing full-time position focuses on managing the Academy Library's physical and digital collections and improving content services.

The successful candidate will coordinate library content across shared platforms and provide expert analysis to support teaching and research, working with UNSW Sydney Library teams to enhance services for Canberra clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Library and Information Studies or related discipline; ALIA eligibility.
• Extensive collection management experience for physical and electronic collections.
• Experience with Ex Libris and Springshare tools; content management systems.
• Experience analysing collection and financial data to support decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg per WHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Academy Library's physical and digital collections and content services.
• Coordinate library content across UNSW Library's platforms and systems.
• Provide expert advice, analysis and reporting on collection performance and budget usage.
• Support discoverability, accessibility and client experience for UNSW Canberra library clients.
