Job summary

Abano Healthcare is seeking a friendly Contact Centre Representative to join our Brisbane Support Office. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and practices, using your dental knowledge and outstanding service to assist with appointments, queries and information.

You'll have dental practice experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple channels in a fast-paced environment. A call centre background is advantageous, and computer literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental practice essential.
• Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly manner.
• Good computer literacy, including the ability to manage scheduling software and databases.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple communication channels.
