We’re on the lookout for a Contact Centre Manager who knows how to get results - someone ready to take ownership of a high-performing outbound sales team in the Insurance sector and push it to the next level.

This is a hands‑on leadership role based in Brisbane CBD, where you’ll be in the thick of the action - leading from the front and driving a culture built on performance, accountability, and pride.
