• Work across four practice areas: Public Sector Advisory, Program Evaluation, Procurement and Property advisory.
• Turn messy problems into clear insights and practical, decision-ready recommendations.
• Run consultations and workshops with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes.
• Turn insights into well-structured reports and client-ready presentations.
• Support proposals and help grow client relationships.

What you’ll be doing

• Working across our four practice areas: Public Sector Advisory, Program Evaluation, Procurement and Property advisory
• Using your critical thinking and commercial smarts to turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear insights and practical, decision-ready recommendations
• Running consultations and workshops, and working closely with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes, not just analyse issues
• Turning insights into clear, well-structured reports and presentations that help clients make confident decisions
• Supporting proposals and helping grow lasting client relationships

What you’ll bring to the table

• 2–5 years consulting or professional experience
• Sharp thinking, strong attention to detail, and a knack for making sense of complexity
• Ability to balance priorities with a cool head and good humour
• A team-first mindset and a hunger to keep learning
• Experience in government, consulting, procurement, program evaluation, or property is highly regarded, but we value adaptable generalists just as much!
