With 1–3 years in consulting, you’ll switch between strategic thinking, detailed analysis and stakeholder engagement across four practice areas: Public Sector Advisory, Program Evaluation, Procurement and Property advisory.

You’ll turn complex problems into practical, decision-ready recommendations, run consultations with senior stakeholders, and help shape client proposals and lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years consulting or professional experience
• Sharp thinking and strong attention to detail
• Ability to balance priorities with a cool head
• Team-first mindset and a hunger to learn
• Experience in government, procurement, program evaluation, or property is valued

Responsibilities

• Work across four practice areas: Public Sector Advisory, Program Evaluation, Procurement and Property advisory
• Turn messy problems into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Run consultations and workshops with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes
• Translate insights into clear, well-structured reports and presentations
• Support proposals and help grow lasting client relationships
