Job summary

Lendlease is seeking Construction Workers in SA to join their team. You will bring a current driver’s licence, safety certificates, and a proactive approach to safety and quality on large-scale commercial, health, data centre or residential projects.

You will work across multiple construction areas, communicate effectively, and contribute to a safe, compliant site culture while delivering on project timelines and standards. EBA rates apply and a collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Current drivers licence and relevant construction site safety certificates.
• White card and Asbestos Awareness certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Hoist and Traffic Control tickets are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in multiple areas of construction on large-scale projects (commercial, health, data centre or residential).
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on site.
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure smooth operation and adherence to procedures.

• Any other tickets/licences will be highly regarded

In order to be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience within the construction industry as a General Construction worker with experience in multiple areas, and will have worked on large scale commercial, health, data centre or residential project.

You will be a great communicator, who has attention to detail. You enjoy working towards strict quality systems and hold safety in the highest regard.
