Job summary

TAFE NSW External is seeking a Work Integration Program Specialist for the Construction Centre of Excellence at Kingswood. You will develop and deliver work integration and alumni engagement initiatives to help students build job-ready skills and transition into the workforce.

This role requires collaboration with industry partners and stakeholders, with potential regional travel and occasional evening/weekend work within a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated advanced facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel and work outside standard hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver work integration initiatives for the Construction Centre of Excellence.
• Engage with industry partners, employers and alumni to support students.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grow industry partnerships and employment outcomes.
• Attend industry events and travel regionally as needed.
