Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking a Work Integration Program Specialist for the Construction Centre of Excellence at the Kingswood campus. This temporary full-time role focuses on developing and delivering work integration and alumni engagement initiatives to help students transition into the workforce.

The role involves collaborating with industry partners, managing events, and occasional travel to strengthen connections. Evening or Saturday work may be required within a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the construction sector to inform program design, the labour market, current recruitment practices, and challenges facing graduates.
• Demonstrated advanced facilitation skills and experience in actively engaging a wide range of audiences both in person and virtually.
• Ability to travel to perform work outside normal working hours where required.
