Job summary

RDO Equipment is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for construction to cover Western Victoria (excluding Melbourne CBD) and Tasmania. You will promote Vermeer construction equipment, parts and service, and build long-term customer partnerships across your territory.

You will leverage CRM tools, travel regularly, and work with Sales Managers and branches to progress opportunities and orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, machinery, construction, or related industries.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs.
• Ability to use social media for lead generation and engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel regularly in Western Victoria and Tasmania.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers across your territory.
• Promote Vermeer construction equipment, parts and service solutions.
• Document and track sales activity using company systems.
• Drive sales growth and market share while meeting objectives.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations at customer sites.
• Collaborate with branches and internal teams to progress orders.
• Ensure timely delivery and professional customer handovers.
