Job summary

Versatile Group in Sydney CBD is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support recruitment across NSW, QLD and WA. You will be hands-on, enjoy talking to people, and thrive on finding strong talent for construction, engineering, property and corporate roles.

You’ll work with an experienced recruiter across the full lifecycle, from headhunting to stakeholder management, candidate engagement and retention, contributing to a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment across multiple Versatile Group businesses.
• Spend significant time on the phone connecting with candidates and building relationships.
• Source and headhunt talent via LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Recruit across roles including Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Contracts Administrators, Services Engineers, Safety professionals and corporate roles.
• Screen candidates, conduct references, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams and talent needs.
• Build pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Support internal referral and talent attraction initiatives.
• Get out into the business through regular office and project site visits.
