Job summary

MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead underground construction, mechanical and civil works. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong planning, communication and problem‑solving skills while working closely with clients, project teams and site personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supervising underground construction projects
• Proven experience leading construction, mechanical and/or civil crews in underground mining environments
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors to meet project schedules
• Excellent understanding of underground mining safety standards and procedures
• Current unrestricted driver's licence
• Mining experience is essential
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
• Supervisor qualifications (G1, G8 or G9 or equivalent) are preferred

About the Role
