Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential builds.
• Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC).
• Trade qualification and a Cert IV in Building and Construction.
• State-relevant Supervisor's License and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 10–12 new home builds end-to-end with focus on quality.
• Schedule, coordinate trades and maintain safe, on-time progress.
• Travel to active sites across Greater Goulburn Valley region.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage project costs.
• Maintain strong client communication and lead field teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the site crew.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the heartbeat of your allocated new home builds, overseeing approximately 10-12 builds at a time and managing the end-to-end process with a focus on integrity and excellence.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Actively manage planning using scheduling software and excellent communication skills to coordinate our internal trade crew and loyal subcontractor network.

• Site Travel: Traveling to your active builds across the Greater Goulburn Valley region to effectively manage your projects on the ground.

• Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship exceeds industry standards and sites remain 100% safe.

• Cost Management: Monitor job costs and variations, ensuring projects remain on budget while minimizing waste.

• Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for our customers during construction, keeping them informed and excited throughout their journey.

• Hands-On Leadership: Direct support from a leadership team that truly understands the "nuts and bolts" of the job.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Proven experience in a Construction Supervisor role with a deep understanding of residential methods and the National Construction Code (NCC).

• Qualifications: A valid Trade Qualification; a Cert IV in Building and Construction and a State-relevant Supervisor's License are highly regarded.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and construction scheduling software.
