Job summary

Donrose Building invites applications for a full-time Construction Site Supervisor (Building Associate) based in Castle Hill, NSW. You will assist the Site Manager with day-to-day supervision, coordinate subcontractors, and help plan sequencing to meet project timelines on complex commercial and residential sites valued up to $100 million.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in construction or a related field; 3 years of equivalent experience may replace the qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time construction industry experience within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with day-to-day supervision and coordination of construction activities on site.
• Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure works meet drawings, specs and programs.
• Assist with planning and sequencing to support project timelines and site operations.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and quality; report delays and defects to Site Manager.
• Review drawings and communicate technical requirements to subcontractors.
• Inspect works and materials to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate site logistics and delivery of materials and resources.
• Liaise with suppliers and trades to minimise delays to the program.
• Maintain site safety, records and compliance with WHS procedures.
