Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced WHS professional to oversee and implement NSW-compliant safety management systems across construction sites. You will drive risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and continuous improvement to protect workers and subcontractors.

• Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and SWMS reviews for major subcontractors.

• Foster a collaborative, positive safety culture among site personnel and contractors.
