Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced WHS professional to oversee and implement NSW-compliant safety management systems across construction sites. You will drive risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and continuous improvement to protect workers and subcontractors.

Key duties include daily site inspections, managing high‑risk activities (crane operations, deep excavations, edge protection), leading site inductions and toolbox talks, and conducting incident investigations while fostering a collaborative
