seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate works on multiple upcoming construction projects valued up to A$10 million. The successful applicant will manage on‑site trades and ensure that safety, quality and environmental policies are followed by all personnel.

Based in Canberra, you will work closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators to deliver projects on time and within budget, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork and a solid

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Current First Aid Certificate and Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
• Demonstrated site experience with building and construction trades and sequencing of works.
• Strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of SWMS and codes of practice.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Construction management or trade background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors and deliveries to ensure program expectations are met.
• Be able to work as part of a team with Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

We are a commercial construction company looking for an experienced Site Manger to oversee and facilitate works on multiple upcoming Projects up to the value of $10 million.

The successful applicant will coordinate all trades on site and ensure that all company policies including safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to by all personnel onsite. The successful applicant must deliver Projects on time and budget.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Hold a current First Aid Certificateand a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
• Demonstrated site experience with knowledge and understanding of building and construction trades and sequencing of works.
• A strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of QES obligations, legislative codes of practice and safe work method statements (SWMS)
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Construction management or trade background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors and deliveries to ensure program expectations are met.
• Be able to work as part of a team as you'll be working closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
• Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
