Job summary

Hubexo Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Sydney-based team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships within the building and construction industry.

Reporting to the Head of Sales - Eastern Region, you will work with internal teams to support growth, maintain CRM, and help achieve sales KPIs while upholding OH&S responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience in consultative and solution-based selling (IT, advertising, recruitment or training).
• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Advanced CRM skills and proficiency with business software.
• Own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
• 1–2 years in new business development or related sales role.
• Knowledge of the building and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business via cold calls and client visits.
• Identify prospects and qualify them through consultations and quotes.
• Maintain relationships with Account Management and customers.
• Keep industry knowledge via trainings, market analysis, events.
• Use CRM to track interactions and report sales productivity.
• Coordinate with Hubexo Account Managers to follow up.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and uphold company mission.
• Maintain OH&S responsibilities.
