Intro Recruitment Solutions on the Gold Coast is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse building and maintenance projects in Nerang. This contract role offers hands-on oversight from planning through to completion, coordinating field staff and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Ideally you bring a trade qualification, White Card, and experience in government or commercial construction. The position is based in Nerang with a potential extension beyond six months.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification completed.
• White Card and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in government or commercial construction preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage project delivery from planning to completion.
• Lead field staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, costs and project programs.
• Prepare scopes of work, quotations and tenders.
• Administer contracts, variations and EOTs.
• Conduct site inspections and WHS audits.
• Provide project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
