Job summary

Lendlease Brisbane is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team to help deliver a long-term construction project. You will manage subcontractors and suppliers, develop construction programs, implement procurement strategy, value engineering, QA, and ensure high levels of Health and Safety.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in construction, a relevant engineering degree, and clear communication to coordinate with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in construction, preferably large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering on-site construction, managing major trade packages.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage medium- and short-range construction programs.
• Design management and coordination with stakeholders.
• Procurement of tender packages and subcontractor agreements.
• Review subcontractor claims and variations.
• Prepare cost forecasts and monitor cost controls.
• Implement EHS and quality plans per PM requirements.
