Qualificações

• Experience managing major infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Knowledge of construction practices and economics; designing/constructing methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership experience.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with commercial awareness.
• Prior delivery partner or client-side project management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with field engineers and develop competency through assessment and feedback.
• Ensure processes and procedures are fully developed and implemented.
• Coordinate activities with other disciplines and stakeholders to meet program priorities.
• Review contractor submittals, including schedules, costs, reports, and changes.
• Prepare and present reports and expenditure forecasts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding onsite project activities and logistics.
• Monitor that project teams enforce policies and work rules.
• Actively monitor contractor safety performance and promote safe work.
• Monitor work quality of contractor activities.
• Attend construction toolbox meetings.
