Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne is seeking an experienced Procurement/Commercial professional to support major project tenders and end-to-end bid preparation. You will lead procurement across multiple trade packages, coordinate supplier engagement, and provide commercial analysis to ensure best-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction procurement or commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement across up to 20 trade packages and issue tender packages to market.
• Coordinate supplier engagement and meetings with construction and delivery teams.
• Conduct commercial analysis including cost comparisons and bid assessments.
• Review conditions of offer, inclusions/exclusions and scope alignment.
• Support bid strategy development and risk evaluation.
• Track tender schedules and procurement timelines.
• Deliver cost analysis and benchmarking for best-value outcomes.
• Contribute to end-to-end bid submissions by deadlines.
• Maintain awareness of market conditions and local trade capabilities.
