Job summary

Ertech is seeking an experienced Planner to join the Resources team from our Wangara office in Perth, WA. The role supports long-term Civil and Electrical Construction scopes, with occasional site travel and reporting to the Commercial Manager.

You will develop and maintain construction schedules, partner with Project Managers and site teams, monitor progress, and provide forecasts and program updates. A tertiary qualification and 3-5 years of planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in construction, resources, mining or infrastructure planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or equivalent planning software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, productivity and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programs across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Commercial and Cost Control to track progress.
• Monitor progress against baselines, identify risks and delays, and propose recovery strategies.
