Job summary

Aquatec Maxcon Pty Ltd, Australia's leading provider of water and wastewater treatment technologies, seeks an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager reporting to the Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure safety, quality and productivity objectives are met.

You will guide a site team and contractors, plan efficient resource utilisation, prepare SWMS/JSAs, and collaborate with project engineers and managers to deliver on schedule with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Experience with processing plant installs or refurbishments involving pipes, valves and pumps.
• Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
