Job summary

Aquatéc Maxcon on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead field teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and productivity objectives are met. You will report to the Project Manager and drive day-to-day operations on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, planning construction activities, conducting Prestart meetings and toolbox talks, and maintaining QA sign-off. Strong mechanical background and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Experience in processing plant install or refurbishment with pipe/valves/pumps.
• Fault finding and problem-solving skills.
