Job summary

Randstad is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager - Site Integration & Commissioning for an 18-month fixed-term contract at a major processing facility in NSW. You will drive late-stage construction completion, multi-package system integration, and energisation to achieve operational turnover, coordinating with site operations and engineering teams.

Qualifications

5–10 years' experience in construction management, commissioning, or capital project delivery within heavy industry or related sectors.
Hands-on, delivery-minded leader capable of guiding multiple contractors through critical commissioning windows.
Proven ability to manage live-site interfaces and coordinate safety-critical activities.

Responsibilities

Lead site integration and commissioning across project workstreams, ensuring readiness for testing and handover.
Plan and manage brownfield shutdowns, tie-ins, energisation, and initial plant ramp-up without disrupting production.
Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, process, and control system interfaces with various teams.
