Bold Living is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction operations across the Northside Brisbane & Sunshine Coast region. You will manage a team of Site Supervisors, oversee residential projects from start to finish, drive programs and quality, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager or similar leadership role within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential new home construction.
• Experience leading Site Supervisors.
• Excellent understanding of construction programming, sequencing and trade management.
• QBCC Builder licensing or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

About the Role

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced construction leader who can balance people leadership, commercial awareness and strong construction knowledge.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager or similar leadership role within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of residential new home construction
• Experience leading and developing Site Supervisors
• Excellent understanding of construction programming, sequencing and trade management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to drive accountability while building positive relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes
• QBCC Builder — Low Rise or relevant licensing/qualification
