Job summary

The ideal candidate has a mechanical trade background with 4+ years as a Fitter/Welder and at least 2 years in a Mechanical Lead or supervisory role, plus strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Fitter/Welder in industrial environments.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Mechanical Lead or supervisory role.
• Trade background preferred (mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee site activities for maintenance and project work.
• Coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors to deliver scope safely and to a high standard.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on safety and quality.
