Job summary

Mace is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract management for large construction programmes and to lead a sizable team toward successful project completion.

You will drive commercial performance, risk and change management, and governance while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering informed commercial advice for strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or a related discipline.
• Professional membership, or working towards chartered status, with a relevant industry body.
• Strong expertise in contract management, commercial delivery, risk, and change management.
• Proven experience delivering client-focused outcomes across complex construction programmes.

Purpose

The Contract Manager will be responsible for providing contract management services to achieve completion of projects, managing a large team to deliver key outcomes contributing to strategic development and provides leadership and direction to team members.
