Job summary

Mace Group is seeking a senior Construction Delivery professional in Sydney to lead and align with the Senior Construction Delivery Team. You will drive priorities across construction delivery, digital innovation and sustainable practices, while coordinating subcontractors and owning safety, wellbeing and quality outcomes.

You will champion a strong Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture, build robust client and design relationships, and ensure quality assurance through to final sign-off, applying

Job description

You’ll be responsible for:

• Operate within the Senior Construction Delivery Team, aligning with leadership direction and guiding wider teams.

• Apply technical standards, enable continuous improvement, and support delivery of net zero outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent, with recognised accreditation (e.g. CIOB).
• Proven experience managing large work packages within site-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations and programme delivery.
• Effective communicator with digital awareness, MEP understanding and leadership capability.
