About the Role

Our client, a top 50 ASX listed manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a major project in Erskine Park. This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution phase of a large-scale manufacturing facility construction.

• Location: On-site in Erskine Park (5 days/week, with optional weekend work)

Key Responsibilities

• Construction Oversight - Manage all aspects of the project's execution phase, including SMP & E&I installation
• SIMOPS & Schedule Compliance - Ensure safe and efficient simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) while keeping the project on track
• Team Leadership - Lead a multi-discipline team of 10 direct reports and up to 200 contractors per shift

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of construction experience in heavy industry (e.g., metal processing, manufacturing, infrastructure)
• Strong project management and risk mitigation skills - ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• White Card & BSL Inductions required
