The ideal candidate will possess a construction or trade qualification, experience managing medium to large scale projects, and strong leadership capabilities. What will you do?

• Lead and support project teams from start to finish, ensuring clarity, materials, sequencing, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain and boost team morale, keeping the workforce motivated, positive, and focused.
• Transform projects from the business development stage into site‑ready packages.
• Provide supervision and support to site teams, mitigating problems before they arise.
• Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards across all projects.
• Attend sites as needed to lead, check quality, and keep teams moving efficiently.
• Manage client communication, including pre‑starts, progress updates, project meetings, and close‑outs.
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.

What will you need?

• Construction or trade qualification (essential).
• Experience managing projects ranging from $300K–$2M.
• Experience working on commercial roofing projects such as schools, sports centres, or architectural roofing.
• Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship.
