Job summary

Prestige Civil Group in Melbourne is seeking a driven Construction Manager to lead civil road projects across Melbourne, based in Bayswater North. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality projects while growing the business and shaping our future.

You will manage tendering, planning, budgeting, and on-site delivery, build lasting client relationships with councils and contractors, and help expand into new markets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in civil and road projects.
• Proven ability to win work and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a make it happen attitude.
• Track record of delivering complex projects in the local government space.
• Confident with estimating, project costing, and Excel
• Victorian Driver's Licence and Red/White Construction Card

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Construction Manager to join Prestige Civil Group and take the lead on exciting road and civil infrastructure projects across Melbourne. Based in Bayswater North, this full-time role is your chance to not only deliver high-quality projects but also play a hands-on role in growing the business and shaping our future.
