Job summary

IRM Group in Melbourne seeks a hands-on Construction Driver / Logistics Coordinator to own daily material and logistics needs across active sites. You will manage deliveries, plan routes, coordinate suppliers and ensure materials are ready at the Yarraville factory before site use.

Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial construction, warehousing or logistics, be highly organised, physically capable, and comfortable liaising with site Supervisors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, warehousing/logistics, or construction delivery.
• General knowledge of construction materials and processes.
• Physically capable of handling materials and equipment.
• Able to use email, Word and Excel for basic communication and administration.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily material and equipment requirements from Site Supervisors.
• Order materials through existing construction suppliers.
• Pick up and deliver materials, tools and equipment across Greater Melbourne.
• Plan and manage daily delivery schedule and route.
• Load/unload construction materials and equipment.
• Coordinate and carry out bin pickups and deliveries as required.
• Transfer materials and equipment between construction sites.
• Receive, check and store incoming factory deliveries.
• Keep factory, storage areas and project materials organised.
