Job summary

Palm Lake Group seeks a reliable Labourer for our Forster Lakes construction team, supporting the Forster Aged Care development site. This full-time fixed-term role runs 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with early start and site-based duties.

You’ll work with experienced tradespeople, assist with general construction, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite. White Card, valid license, and telehandler experience are essential.

Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Induction) - essential.
• A current driver’s license and reliable transport - essential.
• Licensed and experienced in operating a telehandler / Manitou - essential.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Experience in construction or labouring - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with general construction duties.
• Site clean up, material handling, and general labour tasks.
• Loading and unloading building materials safely and efficiently.
• Operating basic tools and equipment under supervision.
