Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our casual staffing pool in NSW. The role covers construction, landscaping and industrial sites, with immediate starts and regular shifts to provide steady income.

Applicants should have at least 12 months' general labouring or trade assistant experience, a Construction White Card, a current driver licence, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. PPE is required and a supportive team will help secure ongoing assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple industries including landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs and shopfitting.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties.
• Site preparation, material handling and clean-up.
• Container unloading and final site cleans.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
