Construct Personnel Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Construction Labourers for casual roles across Melbourne Metro. You will support tradespeople on a variety of commercial, residential and civil projects, performing general labour tasks and site upkeep.

Ideal candidates have hands-on site experience, a valid White Card, and a commitment to safety. A Dogman/EWP ticket is valued, with opportunities for ongoing casual work and development.

Construction Labourer – Melbourne Metro

Construct Personnel Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team across Melbourne Metro areas.

This is a casual role offering regular work opportunities across a variety of construction projects. We are looking for hardworking labourers with hands-on site experience and the ability to assist with a broad range of construction tasks.

About the Role

As a Construction Labourer, you will be supporting tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day construction duties across commercial, residential and civil projects.

Your duties may include:

• General construction labouring duties
• Site cleans and maintaining clean, safe work areas
• Caulking and concrete patching works
• Jack hammering and demolition tasks
• Assisting with equipment handling and material movement
• Supporting Dogman duties where required
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Assisting skilled tradespeople and supervisors
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Construction Labourer
• Experience with site cleans, caulking, jack hammering, concrete patching and general construction tasks
• Dogman experience or ticket highly regarded
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labouring tasks
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport to and from work sites
• A strong commitment to safety on site
