Job summary

3D Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking experienced Construction Labourers for immediate and upcoming work across Melbourne. From live refurb and fitouts to landscaping, demolition and education projects, we are after hands-on workers who turn up, work hard and take pride in a tidy, safe site.

You will join teams supporting carpenters and trades on varied sites, with duties ranging from basic site labouring to digging and demolition.

Qualifications

• Current Construction White Card.
• Full PPE.
• Reliable transport to sites across Melbourne.
• Good work ethic, reliability and timekeeping.
• Working with Children Check highly regarded for education projects.
• Additional tickets highly regarded: EWP, Electrical Spotter, Telehandler/Manitou, Hoist, Traffic Control/Management, First Aid, Working at Heights, Forklift and plant tickets.

Responsibilities

• General site labouring and site cleans.
• Using basic hand and power tools.
• Assisting carpenters and other trades.
• Strip-outs and demolition works.
• Moving and loading building materials.
• Concrete preparation and basic patching.
• Installing and dismantling temporary handrails.
• Landscape labouring and ground preparation.
• Digging, trenching and basic drainage works.
• Assisting with deliveries and site logistics.

THE COMPANY

We partner with builders and contractors across Melbourne's construction sector, supplying labour to projects ranging from commercial refurbishments and fitouts through to landscaping, demolition and education facilities. With work starting now and more coming up, we're keen to meet labourers who bring a good attitude, solid site experience and a strong focus on safety.

WHAT YOU GET

THE ROLE

You'll be working alongside carpenters and other site trades, helping keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Depending on your experience, your duties may include:
