Job summary

Valeo Construction in Melbourne is seeking dedicated Dogman/Labourers for our Production department on permanent, full-time roles across multiple apartment projects. You will contribute to site set-up, safety, and trades coordination while holding ticketed high-risk licences and driving site deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a White Card, valid licences (Dogman, Hoist, Forklift, EWP, Spotters, Traffic, First Aid), reliable transport, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Current Construction White Card is required.
• Commit to work Monday to Friday (7am – 3:30pm).
• Current driver’s licence and own car.
• Prepared to comply with OH&S policies & procedures.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred, NO CIVILS PLEASE.
• Must have tickets: Dogman, Personnel and Materials Hoist, Forklift, EWP, Spotters, Traffic, Management and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• General construction site duties: site setup, waste management, cleaning.
• Use of high-risk licences including Dogging, Forklift, Hoist, EWP.
• Management of deliveries and site receivables as required.
• Erection of handrails and hoarding.
• Open and lock up of construction site.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Follow instructions and get the job done.
• Travel to all job sites across various locations; rotate across Melbourne sites.

About the job:
