This client-facing role emphasizes attitude, strong customer service, and relationship-building. Prior construction broking experience helps, but a ready-to-learn mindset and initiative are valued for success.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 qualification required.
• Broking experience across SME portfolios.
• Exposure to construction or commercial risks preferred.
• Strong sales mindset with upselling/cross-selling ability.
• Proactive, commercially driven and able to hit the ground running.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a varied portfolio of SME and construction clients, delivering tailored general insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurer partners.
• Drive portfolio growth through referrals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee renewals, endorsements and insurer negotiations.
• Attend client reviews and deepen relationships through face-to-face engagement.
