McCullough Robertson Lawyers is seeking an enthusiastic back‑end Construction Lawyer in Sydney with 2–4 years’ PQE to join our Construction and Infrastructure team. You will work on construction and infrastructure disputes, including complex contract disputes, regulatory enforcement, arbitration and Security of Payment adjudications.

Based in Sydney, you will support clients nationally with a down‑to‑earth, commercial approach and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced back‑end Construction Lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE in a mid to large sized law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on construction and infrastructure disputes, including complex contract disputes, regulatory enforcements, arbitration and Security of Payment adjudications.
• Collaborate within a high‑performing team to deliver practical, commercially minded solutions for clients.
