Job summary

Lendlease is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety on NSW construction sites and support the NSW project portfolio. You will drive EHS performance, provide technical insight to identify issues and trends, monitor compliance, and implement safety initiatives to improve overall safety outcomes.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a solid understanding of local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS management within construction projects.
• Clear and articulate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of local health and safety requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EH&S paperwork, reporting and compliance administration.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety programs to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, registers, and reporting systems.
• Manage safety team.
