Job summary

Zerra DC is building the Western Downs Digital Park in regional Queensland and seeks a Construction Delivery Lead to manage end‑to‑end delivery of the flagship hyperscale data centre campus near Dalby. You will drive safety, schedule, cost control and quality across current and future buildings, aligning with PMO, Finance, Legal and ESG teams.

Based on site, you will lead risk management, permitting pathways and digital tool adoption to enable efficient delivery and transparent reporting to

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in development management, construction delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑building campus programmes.
• Strong understanding of Queensland planning, permitting and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of base build, customer fit‑out, and commissioning to achieve safety, quality, time and cost objectives.
• Coordinate interfaces with design, finance, legal, ESG and operations to ensure alignment and governance.
