WesTrac Bunbury is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead a portfolio in our Bunbury Branch. You will drive aftermarket parts and service sales, delivering product support solutions to maximise equipment performance and reduce total cost of ownership.

You will manage customer accounts in construction/mining/heavy equipment, build trusted partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and grow parts, service and support programs through proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building with construction customers.
• Experience in sales and commercial discussions for parts, service and solutions.
• Mechanical or equipment knowledge to discuss customer requirements.
• Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Natural problem solver who proactively finds practical resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Look After Your Customers - Build strong relationships with construction customers, becoming their trusted go-to for advice, support and solutions.
• Grow Parts & Service Opportunities - Identify opportunities to add value through parts, maintenance, repairs, rebuilds and service programs.
• Stay Connected in the Field - Regularly visiting customers, understanding their needs and maintaining on-site awareness.
• Keep Opportunities on Track - Manage your sales pipeline and CRM to ensure opportunities are tracked.
• Bring the Right People Together - Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver practical solutions.
• Solve Problems That Matter - Help customers navigate challenges and minimise downtime.
