Job summary

WesTrac Bunbury is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead a portfolio of construction industry customers, driving aftermarket parts and service sales growth, and delivering product support solutions that maximise equipment performance.

Reporting to the Regional Construction Business Manager, the role involves coordinating support solutions, engaging customers on site, and building trusted partnerships to reduce downtime and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship builder with ability to earn trust and develop long-term partnerships.
• Sales and commercial know-how with ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Mechanical or equipment knowledge to discuss customer requirements confidently.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teamwork.
• Natural problem solver who proactively finds practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via email, chat, and phone
• Assist with updates, changes and general client inquiries.
• Share helpful information related to upcoming plans and arrangements.
• Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure they feel prepared
• Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive experience
• Keep accurate records of client interactions
