Job summary

Rade Investment in Melbourne is seeking a Contract Administrator to join a growing builder and contribute to the delivery of residential and commercial construction projects. Working closely with the Director and Site Manager, you will administer contracts, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage documentation and variations, and help ensure projects are on time and within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in contract administration or construction project administration.
• Understanding of construction contracts, subcontract administration and procurement.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts from contract award through to practical completion.
• Prepare, review and manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, the Director and Site Manager to support project delivery.
• Assist with contract variations, progress claims and commercial correspondence.
• Monitor project progress, contractual obligations and project costs.
• Maintain accurate contract records and project documentation.
• Support procurement activities and supplier coordination for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies and relevant building standards.
