Job summary

Greenline Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to own contracts from award to close-out, on site and in the field, with regular travel to project sites and the NSW Head Office in Wagga Wagga.

You will work with project managers, site teams and subcontractors, manage progress claims, variations, and compliance, and build strong relationships while maintaining contract registers; a current White Card and driver's licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Administration experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, variations, progress claims and final accounts.
• Working knowledge of Security of Payment legislation.
• Confident attending site meetings and dealing with head contractors.
• Strong commercial judgement with attention to risk.
• Self-managed and able to take ownership.
• Valid driver’s licence and White Card.
• Experience with project management systems (Premier or similar) is advantageous.
• A construction management, quantity surveying or law related qualification is well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements from award through to final account and close-out.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to manage contractual obligations, risks, scope changes and commercial issues.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement and prequalification, including insurances and licences.
• Administer progress claims, variations, payments, retentions and final accounts.
• Handle contractual notices, Security of Payment requirements, deadlines and registers.
• Maintain accurate contract and subcontract records and provide reporting on claims and status.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, head contractors and clients.
• Travel to project sites across Australia to attend meetings and resolve contractual matters.
