Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the Australian commercial construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
• Prepare tender packages, scopes of work, and expressions of interest.
• Evaluate subcontractor submissions and prepare tender recommendation reports.
• Assess and manage subcontractor claims, variations, and payment schedules.
• Draft, issue, and execute subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Support head contract administration and commercial risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
